1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing any IWS Solutions service, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of the services

IWS Solutions offers shared hosting, domain registration and services related to your web presence. The specifications of each plan are available on our plans page.

3. Acceptable use

Using our servers for illegal activities, sending spam, distributing malware, infringing copyright or any activity that affects the availability of our services for other customers is prohibited.

4. Payments and billing

Services are charged in advance in monthly or annual cycles. We issue an electronic invoice for each charge, available in the customer portal. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and do not include any taxes that may apply depending on the customer’s jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your service at any time from the customer portal. Hosting services have a 30-day guarantee period from the date of purchase. Registered domains are non-refundable.

6. Service availability

We guarantee 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. In the event of a breach, we will grant a proportional credit to your account in accordance with our SLA.

7. Limitation of liability

IWS Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ prior notice by email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
